Abstract Preparation and Submission

The abstract will be used by the organizing Committee as the sole basis for acceptance of the paper for presentation. Thus, the abstract should clearly communicate the new and significant results that have been obtained. Presentation time is 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion. Abstracts should clearly state:

• Title of the presentation
• Names and affiliations of all co-authors
• Complete contact information (e-mail, phone, mailing address) of the first (presenting) author
• Objective of the work
• Methods / techniques used
• Main results

Abstract length: 400 words (one page)

Abstract language: English or French

Abstract submission deadline: July 31, 2019
